What is the Screen Damage Protection? A. Get one time replacement of broken screen from our service center. Only broken screen will be replaced under this offer. Scratches on the screen or damage due to liquid or fluid or burn will not be covered under this Offer. Q. What is the Offer Period? A. The offer is valid from August 6, 2018 to August 16, 2018. Customers can avail the screen replacement offer only once and within six months of purchasing the handset. Q. What is the amount that customer need to pay? A. Customer doesn’t have to pay anything. Q. How many time can customer get the screen replaced? A. One time. Q. Is the offer available if customer buy phone under EMI facility? A. Yes. Q. Will customer get any confirmation of the offer? A. Since there is no registration required for this offer, no confirmation will be sent to the customer. Customer must retain the original invoice in order to avail the offer. Q. Can any other damage be combined with the offer? A. This offer is only on broken screen replacement but any other repair will be done as per the warranty terms of Kiksha / brands. Extra charges may apply (if any) as per the warranty terms. Q. What if customer lose the invoice? A. Invoice is mandatory for availing the offer. Customers are requested to retain the original invoice. Without the invoice the offer cannot be availed. One invoice will also be sent over mail, customer can use the email copy of invoice. Q. What if customer don’t avail the offer within 6 months? A. The offer will lapse if the consumer doesn’t avail this offer within 6 months from the date of purchase. Q. How much time will it take to change the screen? A. It depends upon the availability of the screen, we may have to import the screen which may take up to 60 days.
